Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC)

Under the Federal SPCC Rule (40 CFR 112), facilities storing in excess of 1,320 aggregated gallons of oils and petroleum-based liquids are required to have a SPCC Plan.  The SPCC Plan is a document, outlining the storage and management of the oil and oil tanks, and response procedure in the event of a release or spill.
